In his role as Senior Portfolio Manager, David heads the public markets team. He is responsible for structuring the Willougby Asset Management suite of public market pools and their strategic asset allocations. David oversees the public market portfolio construction as well as the manager due diligence, selection and monitoring process.

David has more than 10 years of investment management experience. His prior roles included overseeing discretionary portfolio management for ultra-high-net-worth and institutional clients where he was responsible for managing multi-asset model portfolios, public market and private fund due diligence and fundamental analysis. Prior to joining Harbourfront, David worked at one of Canada’s largest asset managers.

David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Capilano University, and is CFA Charterholder and a Chartered Investment Manager.
