Ron Gesser brings 30 years of industry experience as a trusted Senior Investment Advisor who prioritizes client relationships while offering holistic wealth management for individuals and families. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance, and a Diploma in Accountancy from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.  

Ron has been an early adopter of alternative products and has extensive experience and a strong understanding of Private Equity, Private Real Estate and Private Credit funds, which he has been successfully recommending to clients for many years.

Prior to joining Harbourfront, Gesser worked for eight years as an Investment Advisor with iA Private Wealth and over 17 years with Fin-Xo Securities Inc., which was acquired by iA Private Wealth Inc. in 2015.

Every year, Ron travels to different countries around the world experiencing exotic cultures while documenting his experiences with his camera. He holds his Excellence in Photography designation from the Photographic Society of America and has received numerous photography awards in International and National competitions. In 2023 he was selected to be part of Team Canada for the World Photographic Cup, a competition of professional and amateur photographers from 32 countries and was awarded 6^th place in the world in the Natural Portrait category.
