Lunch at Le Parlementaire

Chairmans Club
Located in the parliament building and completely renovated in 2020, Le Parlementaire is a magnificent fine arts dining room that offers a menu worthy of the most refined palates. From 1917 to 1968, Le Parlementaire was a gathering place reserved for national assembly members, but for over 40 years now, its doors have been open to the public.
The parliament building was built between 1877 and 1886 and its construction style is inspired by the second empire and by the expansion of the Louvre in Paris. Its architecture and rich ornamentation illustrate the words engraved above the main entrance, “Je me souviens” (I remember), which later became Québec’s motto.
