Michael is a University of Saskatchewan alumnus, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce with his major in finance. After completing his degree in 2010, Michael joined a major national firm and subsequently joined a team of advisors to manage and grow clients relationships. Michael believes strongly in continuing education to help enhance client outcomes. 

Over his tenure, Michael has achieved his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional, Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Investment Manager designations.  These designations afford Michael the ability to provide holistic financial planning with deep knowledge of retirement income, investments, tax and estate planning.

Michael is a volunteer teacher with the Global Gather Place of Saskatoon. A non-profit which helps newcomers adapt to life in Canada by offering support and skill development, acceptance and a welcoming environment. Michael and his wife Kelsey have one son, Benjamin and in their spare time enjoy hunting and fishing.
