Fraser specializes in helping business owners navigate the critical transition of approaching the sale of their companies and shifting into their next act. Selling a business isn’t just a financial transaction; it’s deeply personal. Fraser has witnessed firsthand how significant this milestone is for entrepreneurs, both financially and emotionally, and his belief that for an owner to really be satisfied, personal, business, and financial areas need to be optimized in tandem.
Fraser’s passion lies in empowering business owners who are 3-5 years away from retirement work through the sale of succession of their organizations. Together, Fraser and his clients work through a structured process where we help owners understand their business’ value, identify and resolve business and owner risks, setup and operate enduring tax efficiency tools, and map a plan for eventual exit on the owners’ terms and timeline.
As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), Fraser brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. His background in public accounting and wealth management equips him to create impactful strategies that truly make a difference in his clients’ lives.
When Fraser is not immersed in business matters, you’ll find him enjoying family time—he’s a proud parent to a five-year-old son and a two-year-old daughter. He’s also an avid climber, a dedicated volunteer, and a truly terrible golfer (but it’s getting better!).
