Sia joined Balanced Financial Services in 2013 and diligently worked his way up the ranks to the role of Vice President. Prior to joining the firm, Sia held trading and analyst positions within Vancouver’s financial community where he gained valuable knowledge and experience in investment side of the business. Intrigued and passionate about the trend in the market and world economy, Sia completed his BBA at Simon Fraser University, focusing on Finance and Economics.

Sia is a member in good standing of the following professional organizations and subscribes to their respective codes of ethics and rules of conduct: Chartered Financial Analyst Institute, Chartered Market Technician Association and Financial Planner Standards Council. Sia is a Level 3 CFA candidate.

Outside the office, Sia enjoys spending time with his wife Sogol and young daughter Delara in beautiful North Shore.
