Brent Gillis is Vice President, Operations & Transitions with Harbourfront Wealth Group. In his role, Brent is responsible for overseeing operational efficiencies and managing seamless transitions across the firm.
Brent is a strategic operations leader with more than 15 years of experience in wealth management, specializing in scaling operating models, leading large cross-functional teams, and translating enterprise strategy into execution within complex, high-growth environments.

Before joining Harbourfront Wealth, Brent served for nearly five years at Nicola Wealth, most recently as Director, Client Operations, delivering operational excellence and exemplary service to advisors. Previously, he spent ten years with Connor Clark & Lunn Financial Group as Principal of Retail Portfolio Operations.

Brent holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance and Marketing from the I.H. Asper School of Business with the University of Manitoba. Brent also holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.
In his personal time, Brent enjoys spending time outdoors and travelling with his wife and two boys. The family shares a passion for sports, particularly hockey, baseball, and golf.
