Emma Crilly is Vice President, Investment Solutions at Willoughby Asset Management. In her role, Emma works closely with financial advisors across Canada, delivering investment solutions, portfolio construction expertise, and access to institutional-calibre opportunities designed to help advisors grow their practices and enhance client outcomes. Based in Calgary, Alberta, she is responsible for supporting advisor partners with market insights, alternative investments, and wealth management solutions.

Prior to joining Willoughby Asset Management, Emma spent seven years with Fidelity Investments Canada as a Senior Business Development Manager, where she partnered with financial advisors to help grow their businesses through portfolio solutions, practice management support, and investment expertise. During her time at Fidelity, she developed extensive experience working with advisors across a broad range of investment strategies and client segments.

Emma has built deep expertise in advisor engagement, investment solutions, portfolio construction, and alternative investments. She is particularly passionate about helping advisors access institutional-quality opportunities across private equity, private credit, private real estate, and infrastructure investments, while translating complex investment concepts into practical solutions that support better client outcomes.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a Major in Finance from St. Francis Xavier University and an MBA from the University of Calgary.
